Welcome back to the: 2011 NCAA BASKETBALL POOL!

It seems just like years when Carmelo & the Syracuse Orangemen won the 2003 National Championship. How sweet that was!! Can history repeat in 2011, unlikely? Regardless let's start the process again! So follow along below and let the best three weeks of college basketball begin!

1. THE FEE: An Entry fee of $35.

2. YOUR ENTRY: A company called "TOURNAMENTPOOLS" will be hosting our tournament at their website. By hosting, I mean, that we are paying "them" to store all "our" tournament entries, make the updates and provide the standings in an instant. Standings will be updated on a game-by-game basis. In order for this to happen, you will need to click to their site and register with them. Let me take you through it - you might want to print out this list of instructions after you finish reading this letter. Once you have paid click here to get to the member login page: www.tournamentpools.com/logonpage.cfm

If you are already a "member" (you entered last year with a username and password), enter it and continue. If you are a new member, click "NEW MEMBER" and continue.

Once there:

1 - Enter your SCREEN NAME (This is your name in the pool)
                    LOGIN PASSWORD
                    EMAIL ADDRESS and then hit submit

2 - at the next screen, Click JOIN A FRIENDS POOL

3 - JOIN A PRIVATE TOURNAMENT POOL
enter   POOL ID:   13135
POOL PASSWORD:   2468 and then submit

You will then see that you are in the WILLYWILLYWILLY Pool.

(Once you have joined the pool, you will NO longer need the pool ID and password)

Then CONTINUE TO PICKS! It's that easy!

NOTE: All 4 'play-in' games will NOT count. We start our Tournament with 64 teams on March 17.

MULTIPLE POOL ENTRIES

If you wish to enter the pool multiple times you will need to create a unique alias (user name) for each entry. Logon then choose "My Aliases" from the HOME drop-down menu list. Enter your alias name and click the check box to connect your alias to our pool, then click "Add Alias." Once your new alias has been created, you will be able to logon using your alias name and enter your picks.

IF YOU HAVE MADE MULTIPLE ENTRIES, please let me know which "names" you are paying for.

3. ONCE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR GRID:
You can access all the pool "data/picks" at their site, you will need to LOGIN there everytime. (Just your SCREEN NAME & PASSWORD, not the Pool ID & Password) You can access it through a link here (at willywillywilly.com)

4. ONCE YOU HAVE LOGGED IN - You will see a screen that says: POOLS YOU ARE IN: WILLYWILLYWILLY - Picks, Standings & Message Board.

will be listed first. Click Away! The program is at your disposal!

5. POINTS: Points for each round will be awarded as follows:

1st round winners: 1 point
2nd round winners: 3 points
3rd round winners: 5 points
4th round winners: 7 points (regional finals)
5th round winners: 9 points (semi-finals)
The NCAA Final: 11 points

6. PRIZE WINNINGS: Winnings will awarded based on the number of entries!

Last year there were a record 302 entries. The Top-29 received prize money (10% of the pool), with the winner - ERIC GREENSPAN netting $1,600 and 29th place getting $75.

The computer program will NOT accept any entries after 9:20 am PT on Thursday, March 17.

DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE
TO SUBMIT YOUR GRID.

If by some reason you have submitted an entry and your name is NOT on the "Paid List", your entry will be eliminated by 9:30 am on Friday, March 18.
